Wahoo!

These guys are great kids.  Kaylena is such a creative helper, Joseph is such a sensitive creator, and Elias is such a humorous observer.

I don't know why I always hesitate to bring them places alone, we went to the grocery store before the snow got too bad and they were great. Last week I took them to a play place and they did just fine there as well. It's my new goal to do something like that weekly. Not a play group, more of a family adventure. They need that, and I do too! We can all build our confidence ;)

Love at Home

Siblings are so sweet. We are trying to encourage love and service in the home. It doesn't always work- and I have a lot to work on, but it starts with the parents. No pressure! ;)

“Give your child a compliment and a hug; say, ‘I love you’ more; always express your thanks. Never let a problem to be solved become more important than a person to be loved. Friends move away, children grow up, loved ones pass on. It’s so easy to take others for granted, until that day when they’re gone from our lives and we are left with feelings of ‘what if’ and ‘if only.’ …" President Monson

The sun goes down

This was a weekend full of learning and service. The kids are growing up and there is a lot in the world that they are facing or will face. We need them to be strong. We need to be strong. That's the only way!

Welcome to 2015!

This is a year of fun, adventures, and Internet! We have joined the technology revolution by having smart phones, internet and google chrome!!

Here's to a year of more frequent postings and memories.

"All are born with the Light of Christ, a guiding influence which permits each person to recognize right from wrong. What we do with that light and how we respond to those promptings to live righteously is part of the test of mortality." Boyd K Packer
