Weekend And Family Fun

The weekends are usually crazy with work and service and activities. We have tried to calm them down by limiting work and focusing in on purposeful activities!

We also have had a lot more family oriented month by...... For the first time in Choate family with children history.... Having family home evening every week for the 5-week month of August!! 

This is a great thing for us, and I'm grateful to have the time together be a priority. Cause it's totally worth it! 

Unpacking!

Today we did our unpacking of the curriculum! It wasn't officially the "first day of school", but you can see that they are excited to get started. 

I'm glad I had last year to figure out our styles and now this year to focus on improving routine. We're focused on the love of learning, thought process, and the importance of work. 

Such exciting times ahead!
